What is SureCav?
The SureCav Cavity Wall Spacer System is a black, extruded and vacuum formed, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet, with raised spacer protrusions at 260 mm centres. The sheets interlock via plastic joining H-section profile strips at all edges and corners when installed.

Joining strips:
Horizontal strips length: 900mm
Vertical face strips length: 390mm
Vertical corner strips length: 900mm
Do you supply wall ties and wall tie clips with the system?
No. The SureCav system comprises panels and the joining strips. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply ancillary items and ensure that best building practice is maintained.
How many joiners do I need?
On ordering, we need to know the square meterage of the stone work and the linear meterage of all 90° corners measured from DPC to wall plate. Sufficient horizontal, vertical joiner and corner joiners will be sent with the order.

SureCav can be delivered to site within 5 working days, but usually within 3 days.
